1. If you are unsatisfied with our work for any reason, we will return to do the job again at no charge.  If we cannot satisfy you, we will return your payment in full.
2. If stains return, so do we - Free -  until the stains are gone permanently.
3. If we damage your carpets in any way, we will pay for repairs or replacement.

** In addition, we also guarantee that any stain we are unable to remove is a permanent stain.  If you or another company is able to remove a stain we could not, we will refund your money for the entire room it was in.

** When you choose to protect you carpets with our Chem-Dry Carpet Protectant^TM, we will also extend to you our 1 Year, Spot-Free Guarantee.  If you are unable to remove a spot with the Professional Strength Spot Remover we provide you, we will send a technician free of charge to work on the stain for you.  Certain exclusions apply.  Call for more details or ask the technician when he arrives at your home.
