    Our pricing structure for carpet and tile cleaning is based on a square foot measurement of the areas you would like cleaned.  If you choose to have only your open areas (or high traffic areas) cleaned, then that is all we measure and charge you for.  We feel this is the fairest system for you the consumer--you pay only for what you want cleaned instead of paying a flat rate per area.  Paying a flat rate per area often means you pay the same to clean a hallway as you do for a family room--a system which often benefits the service provider and not the customer.   

    In most situations we are able to give you a close estimate over the phone and then confirm it when we arrive by measuring out your rooms and giving you our exact price before work begins.  If you prefer, we also offer free in-home estimates with no obligation.  Listed below are some carpet care packages and basic pricing information which detail our most commonly asked for services.  For pricing information on our other services, please give us a call at any of the above phone numbers.

Carpet Cleaning Packages

Upholstery Cleaning 

    Sofa           -$95.00

    Loveseat    -$65.00

    Recliner      -$49.00

    Chair          -$39.00

    ** These prices are for standard size, wet-cleanable upholstery.  Oversized furniture, specialty fabrics (such as velvet) and dry-clean only fabrics are an additional fee.  We will clean 2 throw pillows with each piece of furniture for no additional charge.  If the back cushions are removable there is an additional charge of $5.00 per cushion.

     12" or larger tiles       - $1.25/Sq.Ft. to clean the tile and grout plus re-seal all grout lines

     Tiles smaller than 12" - $1.50/Sq.Ft. to clean the tile and grout plus re-seal all grout lines

     Clean only (no grout sealing) - $0.75/Sq.Ft
